Limitations when reporting on Google Ads with SyncWith

Updated over a month ago

Google Ads accounts visibility in SyncWith

When you connect your Google account to SyncWith, SyncWith will let you report on all the Google Ads accounts you have access to, this includes manager (MCC) accounts, the accounts your manager accounts have access to, and the accounts you have direct access to.

However, SyncWith excludes some accounts based on their status in the Google Ads system. Google Ads accounts that have status enabled or suspended can be reported on within SyncWith, all other accounts are not visible, these include statuses: canceled, closed, unknown and unspecified.

Zero rows in Google Ads

For many combinations of fields Google Ads reports will include rows even when metrics are 0. For example if you ran a report on Ad id , Impressions and Clicks, you should get one row for each ad id, including ad ids with 0 impressions and 0 clicks.

However, if you add certain dimensions to the report, for example Day, then rows where all metrics are 0 will be filtered out automatically.
