If you encounter the error shopify has deprecated the REST products endpoint. Please use SyncWith's connector or GraphQL it means you're either using one of our older Shopify connectors or using Shopify's API directly.

Most SyncWith users who are running reports and pulling data from Shopify are using our connector(s) for Shopify. We have two older Shopify connectors called Shopify Products and Shopify Orders that are no longer available in our products (SyncWith for Google Sheets), except for older users who made reports using them. If you have made report(s) using with of our Shopify Products or Shopify Orders connectors then these will no longer work, and instead you can re-create your report(s) using our current Shopify connector, that supports reporting on both orders and products.

For most SyncWith users this does not apply, but if you're a more technical user who has in the past setup a report using Shopify's API directly, then you'll need to recreate your report(s) either with our current Shopify connector or using Shopify's newer GraphQL api. If you're looking to continue using Shopify's API directly (eg their GraphQL api) this isn't something we support or can help you with, so you'd have to read their documentation to figure out how to connect SyncWith to their API.

This can be quite technical and challenging, and we do not recommend it. Instead we hope that our built in Shopify connector can do what you need.
