Troubleshooting connecting your Shopify store

Having trouble connecting Shopify store(s) to your SyncWith account to use in Google Sheets or Looker Studio?

Overview

By installing our app on your Shopify store(s), you can connect any number of Shopify stores to SyncWith, for use with SyncWith for Google Sheets or our Shopify Looker Studio connector.

Connecting again

We recommend you follow these steps (again) carefully:

  1. Make sure you've installed our app on the store

  2. Open the app on your store

  3. Find the Login button

    1. It might be under More top right if you've logged in already

  4. Click Login to login with your Google account

    1. Double check which Google account you're signing in with, make sure its the one you're using with SyncWith

  5. If you get the Choose an account list, choose the correct SyncWith account otherwise you'll connect your Shopify store to the wrong account

Troubleshooting

If you're not seeing one or more of your Shopify stores in SyncWith, please follow the steps above again.

To double check if you've done things correctly, you can try;

  1. Open our Shopify app on your store

  2. Click Manage on your SyncWith account within the Shopify app in your store

  3. This will take you to your account page at SyncWith.com

  4. You can now check which SyncWith account you've connected to

    1. You can see the Google account email

    2. You can see a dropdown of SyncWith account(s) if you have multiple
