Shopify order level reporting

Shopify order level reporting

Control how many rows you get when reporting on orders from your Shopify store(s)

Updated over a week ago

When using SyncWith to report on orders from your Shopify store(s), you can control whether you get one row per order or multiple rows based on the fields (dimensions) you've chosen.

When creating a report you have the option to choose which "level" to report on.

Report Level

Report Level

Report Level: Any Level

Results are not grouped by order, so you'll potentially get more than row per order. For example if you ran a report on the fields Order, Total Sales, Product title, you'd get one row per product per order.

Report Level: Order

Results will be grouped by order, with each order on its own row. Fields that are repeated as part of an order (e.g. sales, products) will be collapsed into a single column under the order they are associated with.

Example

When reporting at any level we can select the sales fields for an order:

Order Sales

Order Sales

Or we can select the fulfilment fields, but they cannot be combined:

Order Fulfillments

Order Fulfillments

Using the order level, both these sets of fields can be selected, and will be grouped into one row per order
