Time of sale fields
Values often change in Shopify which can make reporting hard. For example imagine you delete a product that you no longer sell, then you try to report on sales by product, this product won't exist. SyncWith has fields that capture the value of these at the time of sale, to ensure you don't get missing values, and to ensure you can see the value as it was when the order was made.
These include:
Item name at time of sale
Product title at time of sale
Product variant SKU at time of sale
Product variant price at time of sale
Product variant title at time of sale
If you run a report for fields like product variant sku, or product title, and you're not seeing any values appear in your report then you probably need to use our at time of sale fields mentioned above.
