Errors creating or running reports

Common issues you can run into with SyncWith for Google sheets

Updated today

Query resulted in 0 rows of data

Error message

Sorry your query resulted in 0 rows of data. We suggest checking filters, date range, and/or removing dimensions and trying again

Description

SyncWith shows this error when you're trying to create a new report. When you create a report SyncWith attempts to run the report against the data source you've chosen (eg Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, Shopify etc). This error means that SyncWith generated an empty report based on your reports settings

What to do

If you encounter this error, please try changing your report's settings to generate a non-empty report. As a troubleshooting step we recommend trying a longer date range, fewer fields, and removing filter(s). Once you get a non-empty report then you can try refining it again.

Google Sheets cell limit

Error message

This action would increase the number of cells in the workbook above the limit of 10000000 cells.

Description

This error means that your spreadsheet counting all sheets, and all cells empty or not will exceed Google's limit of 10 million cells if this report's result is inserted

What to do

The easiest solution is to create a brand new empty Google spreadsheet (not just a new sheet in your existing spreadsheet) and re-create the report there. Another option is to remove unused sheets or cells from your spreadsheet. Another option might be to reduce the amount of cells required by the new report by shortening the date range, or removing fields.
