Hitting our 25mb data limit
SyncWith currently has a 25mb limit per report refresh. This doesn't impact many users, but sometimes if you're running a report that returns a lot of data (eg many rows and columns) you can run into this.
This error message usually looks like this Network request failed: the API returned a response greater than our limit of 26214400 bytes
. To work around this issue you need to reduce the amount of data being returned. To reduce the amount of data you can request fewer columns, or try to reduce the number rows. Often the best way to reduce the number of rows is by using a shorter date range.
Hitting the cell limit in Google Sheets
Google sheets has a limit of 100,000,000 cells per spreadsheet, and if you attempt to insert a large report, or have many cells already in the spreadsheet, you might see this error message:
This action would increase the number of cells in the workbook above the limit of 10000000 cells
To work around this issue try inserting a smaller report (e.g. using a smaller date range, or requesting fewer fields), or use a new spreadsheet that has less data in it.
Refresh failed: Source temporarily unavailable
The error code for this error is service-temporarily-unavailable
.
This error can show up on the status row above your report in Google Sheets. It means that SyncWith is having trouble getting the necessary data from the data source (eg Facebook Ads, Google Ads etc). If this is a scheduled report SyncWith will keep trying many times over the course of the next week, in the hopes that the report can run successfully, in which case in many cases this will resolve itself.
If its not resolving itself, you might need to look closer into the error. To get more details please follow these steps:
Open the SyncWith for Google Sheets sidebar
Find the report in the list of your reports (don't click/open it yet)
You should see a "Refresh failed" or "Delayed" status, in red or yellow, click that to see more details about the issue

Facebook Ads | Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request | Facebook ads sometimes refuses certain data requests either temporarily or ongoing. Trying again is often a good idea, another option is to try to reduce the amount of data requested either by shortening the date range or removing colums. |
