In some cases the Administrator of you Bing Ads account may require that user use their work account instead of their personal account.

You may see one the following errors when you try to edit or run your report:

You can no longer use this personal Microsoft account to access Bing Ads. Please sign in using your work account instead.

You must use a work account to sign in to Bing Ads.

To fix the issue, remove your personal Bing Ads accounts using the Connected Accounts page. Then re-connect using your work account.
