Transferring your account

We can transfer account ownership for you, whether you're leaving your current company/role or just need someone else to have admin access.

If you'd like to change the email on your SyncWith account, or you'd like to transfer ownership of it to another user we can do that for you. Please contact our support team to initiate this. When we transfer ownership of account it means you'll no longer have access to the account's subscription, reports, oauth connections etc. The new owner will have full access and be the administrator.

Requirements

  1. You need to have an existing SyncWith account that you wish to transfer from

  2. There needs to be another existing SyncWith account that you need to transfer to

    1. If you don't already have one, please install/open SyncWith using the Google account that you wish to transfer the account to
